What to include

For a tool bug, say which calculator, what you entered, and what you expected versus what you got — that’s usually enough to track down. For a content correction, a link to the page and what’s wrong is enough.

Response time

There’s no guaranteed turnaround; email gets read, but not on a fixed schedule. If it’s urgent, say so in the subject line, though that still won’t change the fact this is a one-person-checking-an-inbox operation rather than a support desk.
